Positions Announced:
1. SENIOR MANAGER — PROPERTIES & DOCUMENTATION ADVISORY (AVP / VP)
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college / Institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates having LLB / LL.M degrees would be preferred. Minimum 08 years of experience In the field of IftlgatIon, out of which 04 years in handling litigation matters related to properties and documentation. Candidates having similar experience in bank(s) and/or large-scale public sector organizations will be preferred. Well-versed with relevant banking / civil / property laws. Sound knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). To closely work on property(s) portfolio and associated litigation(s) related to owned and rented properties. To review the property documents presented as titled or security and design a strategy to streamline its shortcomings in order to provide pre and post-vetting / opinion(s). To assist lawyer(s) on Bank’s panel having expertise in handling Property and Credit Administration related issues, and to design opinions on a day-to-day basis accordingly. Review and design the draft of agreements, contracts, briefs, correspondence, and advice. To review and opine on the draft of Bank Guarantees and Bonds, including Performance Guarantees, Advance Payment Guarantees, Bid Bonds, Surety Bonds, and other surety documents executed by and on behalf of the Bank
2. HR LEGAL SUPPORTOFFICER (OG-III / OG-II)
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college / Institute recognized by the HEC Candidates having LL.B / LL.M degrees would be preferred. Minimum 03 years of experience In the area of litigation, preferably in handling HR legal matters. Candidates having similar experience in a bank(s) and/or large-scale public sector organization(s) will be preferred. Detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Good knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes. Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint). To liaise with the lawyer(s) in compliance with the court’s direction in relevant cases. To visit the lawyer’s office(s) for timely submission of case documents in order to enable counsel to file proceedings on time. Prepare case briefs and manage the filing of same for reference. To update the status of HR litigation cases on a daily basis. To archive all court orders/judgments (certified true copies) of NIRC, High Court, and Supreme Court cases. To act as a custodian of all In/out of court files pertaining to the HR Litigation Wing. To manage court files (NIRC, FST, High Courts, Supreme Courts, etc.) of pan Pakistan through maintaining MIS. To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
