Positions Announced:
1. Wing Head – Pension & Investment (VP)
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidate having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would preferred. Minimum 08 years of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking and/or Finance with at least 05 years in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR Operations and/or Payroll and/or Pension Funds. In-depth knowledge of Pension & Investment and HR Operations processes Good communication skills Good team player Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of SAP-HCM would be preferred.
2. Manager – Compensation & Benefits (AVP)
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidate having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred
Minimum 06 years of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking and/or Finance with at least 03 years in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR Operations and/or Payroll. In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations processes Good communication skills Good team player Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of SAP-HCM would be preferred
To manage final settlement-related activities of all resigned/retired/dismissed / deceased employees of the Bank To manage the processing of pensionary benefits of the Bank’s regular employees Supervise and ensure routine sanctioning of all retirement and pensionary benefits of the Bank’s regular employees within TAT To manage the pension fund investment portfolio To assist in processing medical and hospitalization claims
