1. SVP / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants: or has a postgraduate degree in finance from a recognized university or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience with at least 05 years of handling financial or corporate affairs of a bank or financial institution (provided that individuals serving as CFO of a bank/financial institution for the last 05 years at the time of coming into effect of this Code shall be exempted from the qualification requirement).
Age Limit: 40-65 years

2. VP / Deputy Head, Risk Management Division

Qualification: MBA, MA in Economics. M.Com, MPA, MCS. MIT etc (Relevant Master’s degree)
Experience: Minimum 08 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: 35-50 years
