Positions Announced:
1. Communications Manager
A creative mid-level storyteller, Communications Manager is responsible for all Public Relations (PR) and media communications including the management of digital platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with all stakeholders to plan and execute PR campaigns, generate timely press releases, ensure objective coverage of NAPA activities and events in mainstream media and handle all internal and external communications. The incumbent is expected to respond immediately to relevant events and news with appropriate official statements on behalf of the Academy and its management and maintain close contact with print, electronic and digital media.
Education and Experience: Degree in Communications, Journalism, or other relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience with mainstream media houses / PR companies and excellent command over spoken and written English and Urdu. Age: up to 45 years.
2. Marketing Manager
The position focuses on leading, developing, and implementing fundraising and marketing initiatives and driving profitable growth and engagement from a variety of activities aimed at building strong and sustainable revenue streams and a resource pool. The position requires building and nurturing relationships with corporate partners as well as collaborating with other institutions for well-meaning programs and projects. The incumbent will have demonstrated experience and a successful track record in targeted resource mobilization, and fundraising as well as a natural flair for sales.
Education and Experience: University degree in Marketing, communications, or Sales with an experience of minimum 5 years in fundraising, sales / Marketing with reputable organizations. Age: Up to 45 years.
3. Human Resources (HR) Manager
The role requires the successful candidate to build and manage strong HR systems and policies. The HR Manager works in collaboration with various key stakeholders to oversee the administration and implementation of policies, programs, and regulations, manage staffing, onboarding, and the integration of new employees and support employee development and workplace experience.
The incumbent would be well-versed with relevant technology and software specific to HR functions and processes. A skilled communicator and listener, the HR Manager will play a key role in maintaining an environment of professionalism, teamwork, and civility.
Education and Experience: University degree in Human Resources with an experience of a minimum of 5 years in the Human Resources department of reputable national or multinational organizations. Age: Up to 45 years
