Positions Announced:
1. Project Manager
MBBS with post-graduation in Public Health from a well-reputed university. Foreign-qualified candidates will be preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in public health program planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, and evaluation Is required. Candidates with international experience and Financial Management will be preferred. Experience in developing and implementing training plans, conducting/coordinating and facilitating meetings, and other field activities is highly desired. Computer skills particularly working on MS Office will be an asset. Good communication skills, both written and verbal along with proficiency in relevant regional local languages are highly desired. Experience in the TB program and coordination with donors will be highly preferred. The job requires extensive traveling. Max Age 60 years
2. Manager Supply Chain
Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized and reputable University and/ or Master’s Degree in either Pharmacy or Business Administration. M. Phil, Procurement, Supply Chain Management. Candidates with Honors bachelor’s degrees in Pharmacy with extended relevant working experience of over 10 years shall be considered. At least 10 years of working experience in the health sector, mainly managing Pharmaceutical and Health products. Knowledge in forecasting and qualification for pharmaceutical and health products. Skills in Local and international Procurements practices, clearing & forwarding, warehousing, and distribution; Experience working in TB, HIV/AIDS & Malaria programs / Projects from reputable local or International organizations; Ability to prepare reports using MS. Office Packages and PowerPoint; Knowledge in Pharmacovigilance, quality assurance for health products rational drug use, preparing SOPs; Experience in supervising 3/5 junior staff & mentoring. Max Age 50 Years.
3. Manager M&E Surveillance
MBBS with post-graduation in Public Health from a well-reputed university. Minimum 8 years experience in health system management, planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Experience in communicable disease projects. Knowledge of development partners. M&E Guidelines & performance framework will be preferred. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Max Age 50 Years.
