Qualification / Experience required for the job: The candidate must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants, corporate or chartered secretaries, or be a Law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 years post-qualification relevant experience The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Board procedures are Mowed. and all scrollable laws, rules, regulations, and other relevant statements al best practices are complied with. The candidate will be responsible for liaison with the registries, assembling meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes conveying decisions, etc.), and providing support to committees constituted by the Board of Directors. Candidates with experience in Consultancy firms will be preferred The maximum age limit for this position is 45 years
