B.Sc Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) from HEC recognized university. Maximum 62 years / Retired WAPDA I DISCOs NTDC employees with good service records. Four (04) years experience as Superintending Engineer Manager in BPS-19 or above positions (CEs/GMs). Awareness about PPRA Rules. Result-oriented, highly organized, and motivated. Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Monitoring the entire business activities at all distribution & power transformer workshops & Petrol Pumps and will extend all possible efforts to improve/expand PWF business. • Responsible for day-to-day business and set goals for the growth of the business & their functions like Finance, HR, Procurement, Operation, etc. • Responsible for improving maximum efficiency and increasing PWF profits • Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills • Have a problem, solving aptitude • Developing strategy/mechanism by having close liaison with WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs, and NTDC counterparts/responsible officers for having more and more business for PWF. • Providing Engineering/Technical Guidance to all Managers/Deputy Managers to overcome bottlenecks faced during production and project management. • Monitoring procurement process as well as checking the availability of material for reclamation activities as well as consumption at a glance at all workshops. • Holding review meetings at regular intervals to evaluate the performance/output of workshops and minutes to be recorded and communicated to managers/Dy. Managers for further improvements. • Administrative control of Material Management Section • To extend full technical support to MD (PWF) as and when required. • Any other responsibility as and when assigned by MD (PWF).
