Positions Announced:
1. Principal Executive Officer (Administration & Personnel)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Graduation or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university by HEC. • At-least 15 years post qualification experience in the field of HR/General Administration/Management, out of which a minimum 05-years at a similar management position in a renowned large-scale organization or in a multinational company. • Having strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, command of HR Best Practices, and a successful track record with the ability to handle extremely challenging HR tasks within the stipulated time frame.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: • Upper age limit will be 62 years on the date of publication of the advertisement. • Appointment will be for a period of one year on a contract basis, extendable for another year with mutual consent. • PEO (A&P) will be reporting to CEO. • Selected candidates would be required to transform and modernize the HR Department as well as lead major organizational restructuring, right sizing and change of management, and other related initiatives. • Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview and No TA / DA will be admissible.
