1. Account Opening Officer (OG – III) Centralized Account Processing Unit
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
Age: maximum 32 years as of the last date of submission of application. Fresh candidates and/or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and banking applications Strong Service Orientation with Excellent Business Acumen Innovation & Analytical Ability Good People/Self Development skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Windows & MS Office (MS Word, Power-point & Excel) Self-Driven & responsible for Personal Development Knowledge of Finance, Accounting & Administration.
Duties: To onboard customers as per documentary / policy checklist for scrutinizing accounts data and documents forwarded by branches To scrutinize and verify input factors by branches in light of SBP Regulatory Guidelines and seek additional information / documents if required To classify accounts as Medium & High Risk and escalate to the relevant offices for completion of information, documents and required approvals To ensure feeding of correct, verifiable and authentic data in Bank’s Account Opening Applications as per laid down standards and controls To ensure that Specimen Signature Cards from branches are received on prescribed format and acceptable file size for further uploading in the system To ensure that customers’ data is updated in legacy accounts only after receipt of required documents as per available checklist To ensure that standard documented turn-around-time (TAT) for opening of accounts / legacy accounts maintenance and update is being strictly observed To assist Team Leader and Unit Head in maintenance of data quality standards and TATs
