Positions Vacant:
1. Company Secretary NTDC
Qualification / Experience required for the job: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR A member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries OR A person holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce from a University recognized by HEC or a Law graduate from a university recognized by HEC. Minimum 15 years experience in corporate organizations out of which at least 5 years’ progressives experience of Company Secretary/Assistant Company Secretary position is a must. Additional relevant experience will be an added advantage. Candidates with a diversity of experience from both public and private sectors will be given preference. Well versed with Companies’ Law and SECP regulations. Strong knowledge of all Regulatory Affairs is a mandatory requirement.
Compensation: Lump-sum market compatible package (negotiable as per qualification and experience) shall be offered to the selected candidate. Compensation package and other benefits will be offered as per NTDC’s Polity/ rules. The successful candidate will be offered three years contract extendable upon satisfactory performance with mutual consent.
