NTS with a track record of over 17 years conducts tests and assessments for admissions, scholarships, recruitment, promotion, etc. In order to build the highest standards in education at professional testing, NTS required a growth and success-oriented, transformational, and passionate leader as CEO with strong people, business, operational level through developing highly efficient and people-process oriented systems while enhancing the quality and transparency in testing services. 1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: NTS is looking for a visionary leader who is well conversant with the business ethics and the principles of administration apart from a good understanding of the key issues of the business in particular and in general. Candidate should possess excellent skills In communications (both verbal and written), planning and organizing, budgeting and monitoring, team leadership, setting priorities, and motivating people. Candidate should have twenty years of post-qualification experience showing career progression in management and leadership with a focus on business development. people and strategic management. Out of 20 years. A minimum of 8 years’ experience is required at senior management and leadership positions as functional head of teams with a minimum of 10 members having 16 years of formal education. Must have a minimum of eighteen years of education (throughout the first class) including six years of university education leading to the relevant degrees in Business, Management, Engineering, and or allied disciplines from accredited institutions. The maximum age limit at the time of appointment will be 65 years.
