NATA seeks applications from suitable candidates to work as part-time Test Administration Staff in the below capacities at the Examination Test Centers throughout the country including GB/Merged Districts (KP)/ and AJK. The officials will be required to work mostly on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) for the full day and sometimes in the evening of working days as well. Female candidates will be given equal preference and opportunity to serve.

Positions Announced: 

1. Chief Supervisor

Master’s Degree in any discipline from recognized universities.

2. Resident Inspector

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. At least 1-year experience in invigilation /test exams etc.

3. Test Center Supervisor

Min bachelor’s degree (14 years) in any discipline.

4. Inviligators

Min Intermediate (12 years education)

5. Physical Test Supervisor

Min Intermediate with experience in physical fitness/education.

6. Physical Test Conductor

Intermediate with experience of work at Recruitment and Selection Centers.

7. Monitoring Officer

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

8. Masters Trainer

Min. Bachelor Degree or Equivalent with 1-year experience in Capacity building (Examinations)

9. Supervisors

Bachelor or Equivalent with relevant experience in managing Staff and examination hall.

10. Driving Test Supervisor

Intermediate or equivalent with LTV license.
