Positions Announced:
1. Director-General
Qualification / Experience required: Ph.D/Master’s/BS/BE in any Scientific or Managerial discipline. MBA as an additional qualification is preferred. Experience: Ph. D with 14-years orMaster’s/BS/BEwith 1 8-years experience in leading/managing organization/s in the Public/private sector. High-Quality interpersonal skills to lead a team of highly experienced, professional, and technical staff to formulate, achieve the strategic goals and maintain a harmonious working relationship in a diversified environment. Proven ability to take ownership of all responsibilities and to honor commitments, to exercise mature judgment, to recognize key issues and analyze relevant information, to make feasible recommendations, and to make sound decisions.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years on the closing date of advertisement (to be calculated as on the closing date of submission of applications) in terms of MP Scales Policy 2020
Tenure: Initially, for a period of three (03) years further extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on an annual (yearly) basis subject to satisfactory performance (in terms of MP Scales Policy 2020)
