Applications from suitable candidates are invited for filling up one posts of Legal Consultant (MP-l) and two posts of Legal Officer (MP-II) on a contract basis for a period of two years having the following qualifications/experience. interior ministry, interior ministry jobs, ministry of interior jobs 2020,

Positions Vacant: 

1. Legal Consultant (MP – 1)

Qualification / Experience required for the following position:

i. Law Graduate (LLB) from HEC recognized University, and preferably Master Degree in Law (L.L M. in International or Corporate Law)

ii. Having 15 years of legal experience including at least 5 years quantifiable full-time experience of legal drafting in the public sector or as Consultant (full time) in the public sector

iii. Age. Maximum 55-years

iv. Preference will be given to those who possess the experience (as mentioned at Sr. No. ii above ) in vetting and drafting of legal instruments, International Treaties, Conventions. Agreements, MoUs, Contracts, and as well as opinion writing for International Cooperation specific to organized transboundary crimes and other related matters.

2. Legal Officer (MP – II)

Qualification / Experience required for the following position:

i. Law Graduate (LLB) from HEC recognized University, and preferably Master Degree in Law (L.L.M).

ii. Having 10 years of legal experience and at least 5 years of quantifiable full-time experience of litigation in the public sector and experience of legal drafting such as writ petition, suits, statements, and applications, etc.

iii. Age: Maximum 50-years

iv. Preference will be given to those who possess the experience (as mentioned at Sr. No. ii above ) in litigation at trial Courts or High Courts
