Ministry of Energy Power Division invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the post of Technical Advisor MP-I. The qualification and experience required for the following position are mentioned as follows. The tenure of the Technical Advisor shall be initially for a period of three (03) years which shall be extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance evaluation of the incumbent by the Performance Evaluation Committee in accordance with MP Scale policy. The contract of the Technical Advisor may be terminated by giving one month’s notice on either side or payment of one month’s basic pay in lieu thereof. 1. Technical Advisor MP-I
Qualification / Experience required for the following position: The candidate should be a professional engineer registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council; The candidate shall have a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Power from HEC recognized university or International University of high ranking; The candidate shall have at least fourteen (14) years of experience or eighteen (18) years of professional experience in dealing with power sector planning, design, supervision, management and operation of various projects/activities of national and international repute; Qualification in project management, finance, corporate law, supply chain management and IT will be considered as an added advantage.
