Positions Vacant: 

1. Company Secretary

Qualification / Experience: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; Or Person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least five years relevant experience.

2. Chief Finance Officer

Qualification / Experience: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience in case of public sector companies, Or A person holding a master degree in accounting, finance, commerce, economics or equivalent from a university recognized by the higher education commission with at least ten years’ relevant experience, in case of other public sector companies. The candidate must fit and proper criteria

3. Manager Exploration

Qualification / Experience: Master’s in Geology from a reputable university.

4. Internal Auditor

Qualification / Experience: Chartered Accountant Intermediate- (CAF Certified); ACCA, ICMA; Or Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Or Certified Internal Control Auditor or master degree in accounting, finance, commerce, economics or equivalent recognized by HEC, Articles completed or having at least five years’ experience in audit.

5. Accountant / Business Analyst

Qualification / Experience: Member of a Professional accounting body or Masters’s in Business Administration-finance, commerce, economics, or equivalent from a reputable university. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial laws, investment appraisals, and financial modeling. At least three years of working experience in the corporate sector

6. IT Officer

Qualification / Experience: Bachelors in Information Technology/Computer Sciences/ equivalent from a reputable university. At least three years of relevant working experience in the corporate sector.

7. Admin / HR Officer

Qualification / Experience: Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputable university. At least three years of relevant working experience in the corporate sector

8. Geologist

Qualification / Experience: Master’s in Geology from a reputable university. At least three years of relevant working experience in the corporate sector.
