Adequate experience in making feasibilities of a housing colony/ high rise business venture and their financial flows. Adequate experience (if town planner) during approval from different Govt agencies.
2. Director Engineering
Qualification required for the following vacant position: BE (Civil) / Bsc (Town planning)
Experience required for the following vacant position: Expertise in designing and planning high-rise buildings. The town planning of a housing society as per LDA by laws.
