1. Project Finance HR Manager
Duties and Responsibilities of the job: The candidate is responsible for Planning. coordinating and implementing Human Resources, Administrative and Financial activities, and policies according to legal obligations and MSF standards, in order to provide quality information to the organization on the use and allocation of resources in the project, and to realize the HR capacity required to achieve project objectives. HR activities include recruitment, inductions, evaluations, training & staff development. discipline. management of contracts. payroll, reflection on project HR strategy, etc. Finance activities include budget construction and follow-up. funds management, supervision of accounting. cash and bank management, vigilance on purchase policy, etc.
Qualification required for the following vacant position: Desirable. degree in finance, management (business. HR), or administration.
Experience required for the following vacant position: Essential working experience of at least two years in relevant and similar jobs. Desirable: working experience with MSF or other NGOs Required languages: Local language(s) and Excellent English both mandatory. Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word. excel, internet). Desirable HR and Financial MSF software.
