Positions Announced:
1. Manager Architect
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification. • Minimum 05 years of working experience in the relevant field.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: • Strong design, communication, project management, and leadership skills. • Familiarity with architectural design software. • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including coordination with the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and suggesting design changes. • Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand. • Develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency in consultation with the Departmental Head. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and the organization’s quality standards. • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency. • Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
