Positions Vacant: 

1. Project Coordinator (Female only)

Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Master’s degree in HR/Communication Disciplines/Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 to 8 years working experience in handling HR project-related activities. Must have the ability to handle all HR staff management activities and ensure the proper functioning of all HR process at the field level, coordination and communication with the client, daily supervision, and managing staff performance at all levels.

2. Project Officer (Females only)

Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: LL.B or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Social Sciences with minimum 4 to 5 years post qualification experience. Must be able to review all disciplinary letters, grievances handling, conducting inquiries, and writing investigation reports. Liaison with company lawyers for court cases and maintaining updates.

3. Project Associate (Male & Female)

Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Masters degree in Business Administration/Social Sciences with 2 years’ experience of supporting Project Manager at field level. Supporting HR functions including social mobilization, recruitment activities, letter preparation, record keeping, communication with field staff, and handling database.
