The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) is an autonomous body established under the Act of the Provincial Assembly or Khyber Pakhtunkhwa requires the services of a legal consultant. The interested individual should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and should be on the Active Tax Payer List. The Legal Consultant shall provide legal services for all court matters including attendance of court, preparation of comments for all legal/courts /cases, or any other legal assignments or work assigned by the Managing Director, KP-PPRA.

1. Consultant
The Legal Consultant shall be shortlisted on the Following qualification criteria:
i. Academic Qualification
ji. Demonstrated Experience at the High Court and Supreme Court level.
iil. Experience in Legal Drafting/Consultancy.
iv. Actively pleading cases at high courts and Supreme Courts.
v. Registration with relevant Authorities.
vi. Proof of registration with Bar Council.
