Positions Vacant:
1. Lawyers
Qualification and experience required for the job: The candidates should have LLB/ LLM/ Bar at Law. Litigation experience of High Courts and Lower Courts, the experience of Supreme Court practice will be preferred. Experience in drafting, preparing, and handling Constitution/Writ Petitions, Suits. Civil and Criminal cases. Legal Notices, Contracts, and agreements. Fluent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Civil. Criminal. Defamation. Electronic/Print Media Laws, Cyber Crime Laws, Corporate. Tax. Trademarks, Intellectual Property, Labor/Industrial Relations, and Laws pertaining to Real Estate. To be able to conduct research regarding local and international laws and judgments.
2. Head of Department
Duties / Responsibilities: To modify. organize. and lead the legal department of the enterprise. Must have ample experience in chamber practice as well as of working as the head of the legal department in a reputable Organization. To manage all coordination in order to gather the legal opinions of other law firms (domestic and overseas) and to be able to accurately present in writing each law firm’s opinion. To be able to constantly push the team towards the progression of legal issues. To monitor and track all tasks given to team members.
