Application Forms, complete in all respects, along with all relevant documents/experience certificates and three passport-sized color photographs should be submitted to the office of the undersigned by 27th June 2023 positively. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the due date shall not be entertained. Original documents will have to be produced at the time of the interview. Those already in Government services should apply through proper channels, or attach departmental NOC and Experience Certificates duly issued by the Competent Authority. Eligibility in all aspects shall be reckoned upon the closing date of the advertisement. Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview as per University statutes, rules & regulations. No TA/DA shall be admissible during the test/interview. The candidates shall be called for a test/interview through their email, contact No’s & postal addresses only. The University reserves the right to either increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any post and reject any application by assigning reasons. Any candidates applying for more than one position should apply for each post separately, along with the application fee. The age limit for initial appointment in BPS-17 & above shall be from 21-45 years and 18 to 45 years for employees in BPS 1-5. All other statutory provisions of Bacha Khan University Charsadda Statutes, 2016 should be applicable to the whole process ranging from form submission to final selection. Fresh hiring shall be made purely on contributory provident fund (CPF). The applicants for the post of Professor and Associate Professor should also submit the following documents. Four copies of the list of research publications showing names of Publications and Journals. Four sets of prints of the Publications. Four Copies of Complete Biodata.
