Positions Announced:
1. Senior Manager Legal (Corporate Affairs)
The candidate must have a Law Degree from HEC recognized Law School / University. Solicitor, Bar-at-law, L.L.M. or equivalent will be an added advantage. Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 4 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below. Ability to work independently having excellent interpretation and drafting skills. Should have command over presentation, problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills. High personal integrity and strong ethical values; used to working with the utmost confidentiality. Able to communicate and present in a clear and concise manner (orally and in writing). Extensive knowledge and experience with Business Ethics and Compliance. The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.
2. Deputy Manager Legal
The candidate must have a Law Degree from HEC recognized Law School/University. Solicitor, Bar-at-law, L.L.M. or equivalent will be an added advantage. Possess overall 4 years of professional experience with a minimum of 1-2 years related experience in a junior management position. Ability to work independently having excellent interpretation and drafting skills. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills. Extensive knowledge and experience with Business Ethics and Compliance High personal integrity and strong ethical values; used to working with the utmost confidentiality. The candidate should not be more than 30 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.
