Our Client a Karachi-based company seeks to appoint candidates with the following qualifications in the organization on a one-year training program.
Positions Announced:
1. Trainee Engineers: Minimum 16 years of education from a renowned and HEC-recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in Electrical / Mechanical / Computer Science / Computer Engineering and Software Engineering disciplines.
2. Management Trainees: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in Finance / Accounting / Marketing / Sales or General Management disciplines.
3. Trainee Chemists: Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s from a renowned and HEC-recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution in Chemistry. The employment will be based across Pakistan. However, preferred locations are Karachi, Sukkur, Hyderabad, and Mehmoodkot.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS • Foreign degree holders need to furnish an equivalency certificate from HEC prior to selection. • Maximum 28 years of age is required as of the last date of submission of the application. • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to think critically, act innovatively, and be solution-oriented. • All shortlisting and selection shall be based on merit only, use of any means to influence the recruitment process will lead to disqualification of the candidate. • One-year training assignment does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligation on the Company to offer regular employment to trainees on completion.
