Positions Announced:
1. Expert (Legal) / Law Officer
The candidates should have LLB / LLM / Barrister at Law Degree (s) from universities recognized by Higher Education Commission.
Fluent in English and have rich knowledge of general and procedural laws. Enrolled with Sindh Bar Council and licensed to appear before High Courts and having 3 years of standing practice of independently pleading the cases before High Court. Rich skills in legal drafting, preparing written arguments, PWCs, CAs, and applications, and preparing and filing appeals. Good skills in drafting and vetting agreements, contracts, tenders, MOUs, etc. Well-versed with court procedures and able to liaise and deal with court offices for fixation of matters and casework/management. Having good negotiation skills for dispute resolution in court matters/cases. Expertise in Federal and Provincial Fiscal Laws shall be an added advantage.
