The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank to finance the development of the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC). Positions Vacant:

1. Procurement Specialist

Qualification / Experience required for the job: 

i. Master’s Degree in Economics. Finance; Engineering (sixteen years of formal education). Procurement related qualification/certifications will be an added advantage.
ii. At least 10 years of practical experience in Procurement and Contract Management ‘Administration after acquiring academic qualification.

2. Financial Management Specialist

Qualification / Experience required for the job: 

i. An accounting degree preferably CA 3 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA / ACMA with 5 years of post-qualification experience. M.cont:MBA Finance) – 07 years of relevant experience in Financial Management.
ii. Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in Foreign-Aided Development Projects in a similar role.

3. Economist Trade Specialist

Qualification / Experience required for the job: 

i. MS / MPhil degree in Management, Public Administration. Business Administration. Economics. Political Science. Public Policy or a related discipline. ii. Preferably 7 years’ experience in economic development at the national level or with the International Organizations / Donor projects.

4. Urban Development Specialist

Qualification / Experience required for the job: i. Master’s Degree in Urban Manning Public Policy. Engineering. Project Management or related fields. equivalent with relevant experience in the field of territorial spatial planning and urban development.
ii. 8 – 10 years progressively responsible experience in Urban ‘Master Planning with experience in a developing context is an asset.
