Eligibility: LLM with at least 10 years experience in Judicial or Legal appointments in Govt 1 Semi Govt. Organization or good practicing advocate with at least 10 years experience of High Court

2. Manager (Stores) BPS – 19

Eligibility: MBA or M.Sc in Physics and Maths with at least 10 years experience in Material Management and having a thorough knowledge of principles and practices relating to procurement. purchase. stores keeping and accounting in a Government / Semi-Govt. / Large Commercial organization of repute

3. Dredger Captain BPS – 19

Eligibility: Valid Class-I Master Marine (F G) Certificate duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 Must have attended IMO approved courses relating to Port / Harbour operations. Ship Handling Simulator. etc with 10 years command experience onboard sea-going vessels

4. Ophthalmic Surgeon BPS – 19

Eligibility: Post Graduate Fellowship such as FCPS. MRCP or Diploma from American Board having 02 years experience or Post-Graduate Diploma in relevant field with 05 years experience

5. Dredger Engineer BPS – 19

Eligibility: Valid First Class Certificate of Competency (Motor /Diesel) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 10 years experience onboard marine crafts out of which 5 years as Chief Engineer after acquiring of 1st Class Certificate of Competency (Diesel) or 10 years with a reputable marine workshop out of which 5 years in a management position.

6. Deputy Chief Mechanical Engineer BPS – 19

Eligibility: Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or valid First Class Certificate of Competency (Diesel) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 10 years practical experience in mechanical engineering works in a reputable organization out of which 5 years in management position experience with Port Authority / maritime organization will be preferred

7. Dy. Manager (Position Control Unit) BPS – 18

Eligibility: B E in Environmental Engineering or 2nd Class Certificate of Competency Motor e Diesel) with the following short courses: an ISO 14001/ISO 18001 b Marine Environment c Occupational Health. Safety & Environment Having 07 years of experience in the related field.

8. Dy. Manager (Marine Environment Unit) BPS – 18

Eligibility: B.E. in Environmental Engineering or B.E in Marine Engineering or M.Sc Marine Sciences with 07 years experience in the related field

9. Pathologist BPS – 18

Eligibility: FCPS or M Phill in Pathology or Post Graduate Diploma in Pathology with 15 years experience

10. Mechanical Engineer BPS – 18

Eligibility: BE. (Electrical) from recognized University with 5 years of practical experience in electrical engineering works in a reputable organization

12. 1st Officer BPS – 18

Eligibility: Valid Class-I Certificate of Competency (Nautical) duty endorsed under STCW, Convention 1995 Must have attended IMO approved maritime courses with 5 years experience as Chief Officer onboard sea-going vessels

13. Second Engineer BPS – 18

Eligibility: Valid First Class Certificate of Competency (Motor / Diesel) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 5 years watchkeeping and maintenance of diesel engines experience onboard marine crafts after acquiring of 1st Class Certificate of Competency or 5 years with reputable marine workshop

14. Chief Officer BPS – 18

Eligibility: Valid Class-II Certificate of Competency (Nautical) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 Must have attended IMO approved maritime courses. 03 years experience as Chief Officer onboard sea-going vessels of min 10.000 GRT for candidates possessing higher qualification like valid Class-I Certificate of Competency (Nautical) on experience is required.

15. Tug Commander BPS – 18

Eligibility: Valid Class-II Deck Certificate of Competency of Chief Mate duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 03 years experience of sailing onboard Foreign-Going ships as a mate

16. Certified Engineer BPS – 18

Eligibility: Valid Class-II Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 as amended with 5 years Sail as 2nd Engineer on a sea-going ship

17. Manager Sports BPS – 18/19

Eligibility: Graduate from a recognized University Physical Education / Training from a recognized Institution is mandatory with at least 07 years experience in Sports Management in a reputable organization

18. Sports Officer BPS – 17

Eligibility: Graduate from a recognized University having knowledge of Sports and Physical Education I Training.

19. Medical Officer BPS – 17

Eligibility: MBBS, with 02 years experience including 01-year house job.

20. Marine Engineer BPS – 17

Eligibility: MOT Class-II with valid Certificate of Competency duly endorsed under STCW Convention-1995 with 2 years relevant experience

21. 3rd Engineer BPS – 17

Eligibility: Valid Second Class Certificate of Competency Diesel / Motor) duly endorsed under STCW Convention 1995 with 2 years watchkeeping and maintenance of diesel engines experience onboard marine crafts or 2 years with reputable marine workshop

Eligibility: MCS / MS with at least 03 years experience in Software Development in Oracle developer. Knowledge of VB, VB Net, and ASP would be an advantage

24. Dredger Engineer BPS – 17

Eligibility: MOT Class-II with valid Certificate of Competency duly endorsed under STCW Convention-1995 with 2 years relevant experience

25. Traffic Officer BPS – 17

Eligibility: MBA fresh or BBA with a major interest in operational planning and statistics or equivalent qualifications, with 02 years experience in cargo handling in Ports and Railways

26. Assistant Port Safety Officer BPS – 16

Eligibility: Graduate with at least 1 year Sea experience on foreign going ships as an officer (Nautical I Engineering Branch) Retired Naval Officer with Engine Room or Bridge Watch Keeping certificate with minimum 1 year Sea Service.

Eligibility: Graduate having 1st Class Master Certificate and 05 years experience in relevant field with Basic Computer Literacy
