Jubilee General Insurance is looking for a young, energetic and self-motivated individual who can work in a highly-charged, fast-paced, and challenging environment as Head of Contact Centre. The individual will lead the entire operations of the Contact Centre by constantly monitoring and managing the day-to-day performance of agents and deliver on all Sales, Service and Collection targets. Positions Vacant:
1. Head of Contract Center
Duties / Responsibilities: Set the strategy for the development of the Contact Centre in line with new practices and technologies Develop and execute an overall business plan for the Contact Centre, covering all retail products to be sold online Be responsible for end-to-end customer contact processes and associated customer experience, supporting cross Company initiatives to drive improvements, improve efficiency and reduce complaints Lead, inspire and develop a team of motivated and engaged Sales/Service Officers
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum Bachelor’s in any discipline with at least 5 years’ experience of managing a Contact Centre Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and motivate a growing Salesforce Experience in implementation and use of CRM, IVR, telephony, cloud-based solutions and messenger platforms among other technologies Online/Telemarketing Sales experience
