Positions Announced: 

1. Member (Quality Assurance)

Ph.D. Degree in any discipline with at least 20 years of relevant distinguished experience in teaching, research, and academic management. Thorough understanding of higher education system challenges thereto and skills in designing and developing quality assurance policies and compliance frameworks. Eminence in leadership and management of large teams shall be considered as a merit. Familiarity with international networks, memberships, and formal training or certifications particularly in the context of quality assurance will be assigned reference.

2. Member (Academics)

Ph.D. Degree in any discipline with at least 20 years of experience at successively senior academic or academic leadership positions. Thorough understanding of national and international academic principles, practices, and requirements, including but not limited to pedagogics. curriculum. educational technologies. online learning and accreditation. Experience in leading large educational institutions shall be considered as merit. Eminence in program development and its integration with the market and communities will be assigned preference. Similarly. experience of working with a variety of stakeholders at the national and international levels, particularly at the policy and registration levels would be an advantage.

3. Member (Information Technology)

Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related subject with at least 20 years of relevant work experience with at least 4 years at a senior management level in the IT industry/systems. A successful track record of leading digital transformation in a large-scale organization, particularly w.r.t. to the deployment of digital technologies to improve governance, efficiency, and transparency. An in-depth understanding of emerging technologies in education, research, administration, cyber security, clouds, and Al applications shall be considered as a merit. Experience in leadership at large organizations and working with a variety of stakeholders at national and international levels will be assigned preference.

4. Member (Research, Development & Innovation)

Ph.D. Degree in any discipline with at least 20 years of experience at successively senior academic or research leadership positions. Thorough understanding of national and international research systems, funding opportunities, and emerging requirements as well as opportunities for collaboration. Eminence in the development of large research management systems capable to serve the national needs, proven record of resource mobilization, innovation, commercialization, and documentation of research impact shall be considered as a merit. Experience in leadership at a large organization and working with a variety of public and private stakeholders at national and international levels will be assigned preference.

5. Consultant Policy or Research & Innovation (PR&I)

At least 16 years of education. Candidates having a Ph.D. degree in any discipline will be preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Must have experience in analysis and formulation of rules/regulations and policies of public/private sector organizations and/or participation in strategic forums and reforms. 6. Consultant Planning & Development (P&D)

7. Consultant (LAW)
