Applicants should apply only on the prescribed form available at the University website: www.wus.edu.pk A Bank draft in the favor of Additional Treasurer, Women University, Swabi OR online deposit to Account No. 238739974 United Bank Limited, Swabi branch of Rs. 5000/- for Professor; and Rs. 4000/- for Associate Professor as application processing fees. Original Receipt of Bank draft/Online fee deposition slip must be attached with the application. Applicants must clearly indicate the post applied for and the subject/field of Ph.D. procured. Must fill all sections of the application form along with relevant documents (attested photocopies of all DMCs/transcripts, certificates, degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, three recent passport size photographs) and publications. Applicants are required to submit three (3) sets of Applications. Applicants who are serving in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous organizations should get and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with the application. Qualifications/Experiences/publications gained after the last date of submission of applications shall not be considered. Contact numbers, Postal, and Email addresses must be written clearly on the application form. Any change in contact detail must be reported immediately to the Registrar’s Office. All applications must reach the office of the Registrar before or on December 17, 2021 (till 3:00 P.M.). Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained. University will not be held responsible for any delay on the part of the courier/mail service provider.
