Qualification / Experience required for the job: B.Arch, at least 10-year experience in multistory building design, planning, working drawings, elevations/facade using the latest Software.
2. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: BSc (Civil) having PEC & COA registered Structural Engineer in relevant Field for a multi-story building. IS years experience of B.SC( Civil) or 20-year
3. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: 15 years of experience of DAE (Civil) in building construction having knowledge of P6/MS Project and capable Ito manage work independently at the site.
4. SITE SUPERVISOR
Qualification / Experience required for the job: DAE 20 years experience in building Construction having knowledge of supervising all resources at the site.
5. BUILDING INSPECTOR
Qualification / Experience required for the job: DAE, at least 05 years of experience in building supervision.
6. QS
Qualification / Experience required for the job: DAE, at least 10 years experience in preparing quantity, cost, rate analysis, bar bending schedule of the building structure.
7. SURVEYOR
Qualification / Experience required for the job: DAE at least 10 years experience, conversant with a total station in building structure.
