Qualification / Experience required for the following jobs: Masters Degree (Foreign) awarded after 18 years of education as determined by the HEC in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution. OR M.Phil. (Pakistan) awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. OR Equivalent Degree awarded after 18 years of education as determined by the HEC in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University /Institution. (with no 3rd division in the academic career. Condition of no division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as Lecturer in University provided that the candidate holds Ph.D. or equivalent Degree with not more than one 3 division in entire academic career).

Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees, photos, result cards, transcripts & certificates (duly attested by the concerned educational Board and HEC (where applicable), research publications (where applicable) along with application on prescribed form in-person or send by, mail (General Post) to the Registrar, University of the Poonch, Rawalakot. Application form(s) can be obtained from the Office of Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot, during office hours after payment of Rs. 1000/- on Habib Bank Challan in favor of the Treasurer, University of Poonch Rawalakot, OR can also be downloaded from the University Website www.upr.edu.pk and sent along with a bank draft of Rs. 1000/- in the name of the Treasurer, University of Poonch Rawalakot. Age limit shall not be applicable to regular in-service university employees. In-service candidates must apply through proper channels to avail relaxation in the upper age limit. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC. The candidate must attach Marks Obtained / Total Marks Certificate of all degrees along with the application form, CGPA is not acceptable. Otherwise, the conversion of CGPA into the percentage formula of UPR shall be applied.
