The University of Kotli invites applications for the appointment on contract basis against Project titled as “Development of Academic & Research Facilities at UoK”
Positions Vacant:
1. Project Director
Scale / Grade: Equivalent BPS-19
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, B Sc Civil Engineering (16 Years) or equivalent from HEC recognized University. Ten (10) years, experience in the relevant field (project planning & implementation) in Govt. or Semi-Govt. organization. Capable of overseeing project-related management, procurement, administration, and other matters. Well aware of relevant guidelines, rules, and regulations. Having well knowledge of project planning/management processes and procedures. Having sufficient knowledge of Project Management & Evaluation System. Computer skills are mandatory.
Age: 40-45 Years.
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil)
Scale / Grade: Equivalent BPS-17
Qualification / Experience required for the job: 1st class Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years) in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University or equivalent qualification and registered as a Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council. Preference will be given to the candidate having five (05) year’s experience in BPS-17 in a public sector organization/department especially related to large scale construction projects. Well versed with project execution in collaboration with consultant, contractor and project team. Computer skills are mandatory.
Age: 21-40 Years.
3. Accountant
Scale / Grade: Equivalent BPS-16
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Master Degree (16 Years) in Commerce. Business Administration and Economics from HEC recognized University. OR Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration and Economics from HEC recognized University with five (05) years’ experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in procurement, basic accounts, and audit. Computer skills are mandatory.

4. Sub Engineer
Scale / Grade: Equivalent BPS-11
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Three (03)years diploma in the requisite technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Board of Technical Education. Preference will be given to the candidate having five (05) years’ experience in public sector organization/department related to the execution of large scale building construction projects. Must be well versed with Surveying, Material Estimation, Quality Assurance Techniques, and computer skills

5. Attendant
Scale / Grade: Equivalent BPS-01
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Matric and Physically fit. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in office handling and a valid driving license (LTV).
