Job Description:
The University of Chitral KPK invites applications from Pakistani nationals on prescribed form for the following posts, on purely contract basis (fixed Pay), for a period of one year extendable on satisfactory performance.
Positions Vacant:
1. Assistant Professor
Basic Pay Scale: BPS-19
The number of Posts / Subjects: One (01) post each to English, Computer Science, Urdu, Political Science, Tourism Hospitality & Hotel Management, Sociology
Qualification / Experience required: Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University / Institution. (As per HEC criteria)
2. Lecturer
Basic Pay Scale: BPS-18
The number of Posts / Subjects: Two Posts (02) each for Computer Science, English One (01) Post each for Education, Tourism Hospitality & Hotel Management, Management Sciences (Marketing), Philosophy, Chemistry, and Sociology
Qualification / Experience required: MS/M. Phil degree in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University / Institution with no 3rd division in the entire academic career. (As per HEC criteria)
3. Assistant Director Audit
Basic Pay Scale: BS-17
Qualification / Experience required: 1st Division M.Com/M.B.A with specialization in Accounts; or Second Class M.Com/M.B.A. with a specialization in Accounts and 05 years’ experience in accounts in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization.
4. I.T Specialist
Basic Pay Scale: BS-17
Qualification / Experience required: 1st Class Masters Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with 02 years of relevant experience. Certification in CCNA/OCP/MCSE will be an advantage.
5. Web Programmer
Basic Pay Scale: BS-17
Qualification / Experience required: 1st Class Masters Degree in Computer Science with 02 Years experience in web development and UI design, strong knowledge of server-side technologies like PHP, asp, HTML, SQL, MySql, CMS, speed and performance optimization techniques.
6. CCTV Camera / Network Maintenance Mechanic
Basic Pay Scale: BS-05
Qualification / Experience required: Matric with five (5) years experience in the relevant field
