1. Vice-Chancelor
Qualification required for the following job: Candidates should have a Ph.D. and should qualify as professors as per HEC Criteria.
Experience required for the following vacant position: At least 15 quality research publications in HEC recognized research journals. The candidate should have won at least a research/development project from the Provincial or Federal Government worth Rs. 1 million or above. 20 years experience in an academic position of which a minimum of 10 years of experience of working in a senior administrative position. Candidates must not be above 65 years of age on the closing date of application.
Duration of the Job: The Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chief Minister, Sindh on the recommendation of the Search Committee for a period of four years and the terms and conditions including salary package shall be determined by the competent authority.
Note: The Search Committee will scrutinize the applications, interview shortlisted candidates, and recommend a panel of suitable candidates for the position. Persons already in Government service are required to apply through proper channels. The last date for submission of the application is 05-11-2021.
