Positions Announced:
1. Consultant
Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management Science or related field from HEC recognized University. Higher Degree (M. Phil or Ph.D.) and a degree from a foreign university will be preferred. Experience and Skills At least 12 years of relevant experience working in the development sector and dealing with project planning and implementation in the public/private sector The experience of working with the Planning & Development Board, Punjab, and the Planning Commission of Pakistan will be preferred. The experience of working at a University (Admin or Teaching) will be added advantage. Must have a thorough understanding of the Planning Manuals of the Planning Commission of Pakistan and Planning & Development Board, PPRA Rules 2014, etc. Must have worked extensively in the preparation of project documents (PC-1s), revision of PC-Is, feasibility studies (PC-1, PC-11, revised PC-1 & PC-1V, etc.), and completion reports (PC-IVs). Evaluate and review data related to monitoring reports, inquiry reports, audit records, procurement plans/ proposals, progress reports, cash/ work plans, official correspondence records. Support in compiling fiscal data and assist at the time of physical verification by HEC or any external agency. Participation in meetings related to the BD project and other related tasks as deemed necessary to complete the assignment. Strengthen and support P&D Directorate for the implementation of their procedural documentation and record-keeping system
