TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) is a company set up under section 42 of the companies Act 2017, and is responsible for project implementation, management and maintenance of Urban Rapid Transport Projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. TransPeshawar or Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit (Peshawar BRT) is a bus speedy transit gadget presently below construction by means of the Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) in Peshawar, capital of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province. In 2014, the CDIA finished the Urban Transport Pre-Feasibility Study that devised a 20-yr city shipping plan, with a 10-yr action plan. The CDIA studied corridors, an east-west corridor, and a north-south corridor and advocated that the east-west corridor be constructed first, alongside Peshawar’s east-west axis along the Grand Trunk Road. Construction of the assignment, under the Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), started on 29 October 2017 and is being done by means of the Peshawar Development Authority.
