The Kidney Center Post-Graduate Training Institute invites applications from eligible and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant posts mentioned as follows.
Positions Vacant:
1. MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER ADMINISTRATION
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Candidates should hold a Medical Degree with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, must have a deep understanding of all administrative hospital procedures and regulations with great time management & multitasking abilities, having 8-10 years of working experience in a hospital. Selected candidates will assist the hospital administrator, facilitate, control, organize and promote systematic improvements in healthcare quality throughout the hospital. Excellent management, communication, analytical, problem-solving skills and good computer knowledge are required. Professional certification in a relevant field, i.e. Quality and Risk Management, will be preferred.
2. MEDICAL OFFICER — ICU / ER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Applicants should have experience in ICU I ER, preferably in a renal hospital. Skills in Intubating Patients, Central Line Insertion, IJ Catheterization, CVP Line are essential. Applicants who have completed FCPS I MCPS Training in a relevant field will be preferred.
3. ADMIN SUPERVISOR
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Candidates should have a Degree in Hospital Management with 4-5 years’ supervisory experience in a reputable hospital. Candidates will be responsible for making hospital rounds, handling patient & department complaints, managing duty staff, supervising overall management and ensuring the smooth running of the hospital in order to provide quality services. Candidates must have excellent communication, leadership and computer skills.
4. INFECTION CONTROL NURSE
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Candidates must have a Diploma in Nursing or have passed BScN (preferred), PNC Registration is mandatory with at least 2 years of hospital experience as an Infection Control Nurse. Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer knowledge & presentation skills are required. Must have knowledge of MS Office, statistical knowledge & leadership skills.
5. SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Candidates should have a BS (Computer Science / Software Engineering) and 2-4 years of working experience.
