1. MANAGER MAINTENANCE
Candidates must be B Sc (Mechanical Engineering) from an accredited institute with a minimum of 15 – 20 years of experience in the maintenance of gear units, conveyors. bucket elevators, compressors, blowers, and other industrial rotary static types of equipment Must have in-depth knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and repairing of genera machinery components of a continuous process industry Must be computer pro-proficient and possess strong staff management skills
2. MANAGER MAINTENANCE
Candidates must be B Sc (Mechanical Engineering) from an accredited institute with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the maintenance of gear units. conveyors bucket elevators. compressors, blowers, and other industrial rotary/static types of equipment Must have in-depth knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and repairing of general machinery components of a continuous process industry Must be computer proficient and possess strong staff management skills.
3. DY. MANAGER GLASS DIVISION
Candidates must be B. Sc (Chemical Engineering) Mechanical Engineering: from an accredited institute with minimum of 10 – 12 years proven experience of working in a continuous process manufacturing industry of which at least 5 should have been in a managerial capacity Must have knowledge of glass furnaces and chemicals related to the glass The ideal candidate must be result-oriented, energetic. committed and a good team player with excellent skills in man-power handling and project management
4. DY. MANAGER N2 & H2
Candidates must be B. Sc (Chemical Engineering) from an accredited institute with a minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience in gas handling in a continuous process manufacturing industry of which at least 5 years should have been in a managerial capacity Nitrogen, Hydrogen plant experience will be preferred The ideal candidate must be result oriented. energetic. committed and a good team player with excellent skills in manpower handling and project management
5. HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER Candidates must be Graduates, preferably MBA/ Masters in HR from an accredited institute with a minimum of 5-7 years proven experience of HR department activities like PESSI, EOBI, Recruitment, Selection and Record-Keeping Must be computer literate Knowledge of SAP & ISO documentation (ISO 9001 2015 8 FSSC 22000) will be an added advantage
