1. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
MS (Computer Science) with graduation in BE/MCS/BCS/BS (16-Years Education in Computer Science) from a reputable university recognized by HEC/PEC. 15 Years post qualification experience in a position requiring planning, organizing, implementation, audit, security, control, and evaluation of IT and contemporary electronic data systems. Candidates having Project Management Certification (PMP) and thorough experience to manage data center operations will be preferred. Provide leadership and senior-level advocacy for delivery of technology solutions – both IT and Digital – that support the organization’s current and future business transformation program Ensure effective implementation of ERP and its coherence across the Corporation. Must have proven experience in the successful implementation of ERP in any financial institution. Consistently evaluate technical efficiency and make changes as necessary. Identify competitive advantages and technology trends for the benefit of the Corporation. Deliver technology and systems that meet the needs of the Corporation’s digital service for all stakeholders. Preference would be given to candidates who have CDCP, CISSP or CISM, or CISA Certification.
