- He or She coordinates and prepares internship documents required by the companies and/or universities.
- He or She manages a web-based job portal (advertising internships and job opportunities).
- He or She maintains daily updated reports about incoming students at the Professional Services Office.
- He or She prepares, updates and reviews annual alumni surveys through online web-based questionnaires and follows up with the former students on the questionnaire’s progress.
- He or She Follows and updates the contact information of former students and collects the relevant content and data in the alumni directory.
- He or She Coordinates student and the alumni career in which all activities as well as facilitate and manage all logistics (facilities, interviews, appointments, invitations) and attend the outdoor and indoor events organized by PSUAD or external organizations. Organizes knowledge participation.
