Positions Vacant:

1. Head of Policy & Research

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Master’s Degree in Economics or related discipline. Minimum 12 years of proven relevant experience in public and/or private sector in policy and research, including practical experience in the field, proposal writing, management, organizational leadership, and writing reports. Experience in consultations with donors, government bodies for design, and implementation of policies and programs. Sufficient knowledge of political, economic, social, and cultural aspects of life in the Province of Sindh. Good understanding of the Public sector’s policy development and sufficient knowledge of the legislative process.

2. Economist

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Masters’s degree in Economics. A motivated professional with at least 7 years of proven work experience in public and/or private sector with a focus on social protection, fiscal policy, nutrition, health & education as well as strong interpersonal and team working skills. Substantial experience in qualitative and quantitative survey design, training, data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation, and social audits. Extensive experience in research including practical field experience. Sufficient understanding of the formulation of PC-1/11 and other pitied documents and processes. Experience in Collection of Primary Data in Urban as well as Rural areas preferably in the Province of Sindh. Excellent computer and other IT skills, good command of statistical applications such as Eviews, STATA, SPSS, etc.

3. Social Exclusion Expert

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Master’s Degree in Sociology or Anthropology or any related discipline Or Graduation in the relevant discipline. At least 10 years of proven relevant experience in public and/ or private sector with specific research and publications referred to different dimensions of social exclusion, particularly in Sindh province.

4. Social Protection Export

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Master’s Degree or in Sociology and Economics or any related discipline: Or at least Graduation in the relevant discipline. At least 10 years of proven relevant experience in the public and et or private sector with a specific focus on design. rollout and test of social protection programs through Process Evaluations.
In the case of Graduation in a relevant discipline, relevant experience of more than fifteen (15) years will be essential. Leading Experience in Collection of Primary Data in Urban as well as Rural areas preferably in the Province of Sindh.
Substantial experience In qualitative and quantitative survey design, training shadowing, monitoring and evaluation, and social audits with a focus on social protection interventions.

5. Gender Expert

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Master’s Degree Sociology. Gender studies. Women Development or any related discipline Or Graduation in the relevant discipline. At least 5 years of proven relevant experience in public and/or private sector relevant experience will be required.
In the case of Graduation in social science or relevant discipline, relevant experience of more than 10 years will be essential.

6. M & E Expert

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Masters degree in Social Sciences or in a related discipline.
At least 7 years of proven relevant experience in public and/or private sector with a good understanding of the strategic planning, logical framework approach, strategic planning approaches, M&E methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory).

7. Statistician / Demographers Research Analyst

Qualification / Experience: Master’s degree in Economics. Statistics and Demographics & Population Studies or related discipline.
At least 2-3 years of proven relevant experience in public and/or private sector, with a strong experience in applying statistical theory and techniques to design. sampling, plan and manage data collection

8. Research Associates

Qualification / Experience: Master’s degree in Social Sciences preferably in Economics and Statistics.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or in a related discipline preferably in Economics and Statistics Age, 30 years
At least 2-3 years of proven relevant experience in public and/or private report writing. Excellent computer and other IT skills, good command of statistical applications such as STATA, SPSS, etc.

9. Research Team Assistant

Qualification / Experience: Excellent computer and other IT skills, a good understanding of statistical applications.
