Job Description:
Sapphire Group invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates to fill the following vacant posts.
Positions Vacant:
1. Site In-charge
Job Responsibilities: The primary focus of the job would be the layout of the Building including the establishment of benchmarks, control points, etc. as per I FC drawing. Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule & Shop Drawings. Complete Knowledge of Performing FD Tests for backfilling done in layers as per AASHTO Standards. Quality inspection of work and construction materials as per specifications & drawings and maintaining a complete record of drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings & test reports. Execution of project as per agreed performance measurement baselines with zero tolerance on variances. Instruct contractor staff regarding any query related to the site and provide construction solutions for mills maintenance works
Qualification / Experience / Skills required: Individuals must possess the following Skills of Project Execution & Drawings Interpretation. Contract Handling, Quality Assurance, Project Reporting & AutoCAD, DAE/B. Tech Civil with 6 to 8 years in a contracting firm only
