Positions Announced:
1. Assistant Manager Operations
Role: Monitoring/audit of dealership service set-up layout, infrastructure & equipment. Provide guidelines to the dealership’s in-house service operations and audits. Monitoring dealership aftersales service productivity. Identify, coordinate and implement improvement action plans against weak areas. Provide assistance to the dealer’s warranty claim operations/audits.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: BSC / B-Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a reputable institute. 3 to 5 years relevant hands-on experience with LCV, SUV & Passenger car OEM.
2. Assistant Manager Training
Role: Prepare an annual training calendar for the dealer network. technical and management staff. Prepare training modules for technical and management training within the scope of Aftersales Service. Conduct aftersales training according to the planned annual calendar Develop and conduct new model’s training for aftersales service and sales staff. Maintain training records for training evaluations and certifications. Develop dealers aftersales service human resource
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: BSC / B-Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a reputable institute. 3 to 5 years relevant hands-on experience with LCV, SUV & Passenger car OEM. Should be fully conversant with training standards and industry practices.
3. Diagnostic Technician
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: DAE / TTC courses in Automobile Technology and should be certified DMT. Electrical diagnostic skills and the use of diagnostic tools are mandatory. Should be energetic. upbeat, with a positive attitude. 5+ years relevant hands-on experience with LCV, SUV & passenger car manufacturer
