Job Description:

Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) seeks services of professionals through an open competitive process for the positions on a contract basis as indicated below.

Positions Vacant: 

1. General Manager (Admin & HR)

Qualification / Experience: Masters’ Degree in HRM, Business / Public Administration/other administrative sciences. Minimum 06 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of rules of business of Government of the Punjab General Manager and working experience in dealing with major government departments and agencies in Punjab. Working experience of initiating and managing procurements according to applicable procurement rules such as PPRA. Proficient in the use of MS office

2. General Manager (Communications)

Qualification / Experience: Masters’ Degree in Media, Communications, Public Administration, or related Administrative or Social Sciences. 06 years demonstrated experience in the formulation of 2 General Manager communication strategy/plan and handling major communication initiatives. Knowledge of Information collection, data maintenance, report writing, and dissemination techniques. Proficient in the use of MS office

3. General Manager (Programs)

Qualification / Experience: Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy. Social Development, Economics or Public Administration / Social/ Management Sciences from an HEC recognized foreign or local university. Minimum 06 years relevant working experience, at least 2 years of which should be in social protection program designing, implementation & development business strategies. Working knowledge of annual development planning, resource management, and preparation of project documents/program proposals/PC-I will be an added advantage. Proficient in the use of MS office

4. Manager Projects

Qualification / Experience: Masters’ Degree in HRM, Business / Public Administration/other administrative sciences. Minimum 03 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of rules of business of Government of the Punjab and working experience in dealing with major government departments and agencies in Punjab. Proficient in the use of MS office.

5. Manager Finance

Qualification / Experience: MBA / MSc Accounting. CA, ACMA /ACCA, Finance, Management Sciences, and related qualifications. 03 years’ experience in Financial Management, Planning, and 5 Manager Finance budgeting. preparation of financial statements and analytical reports. Proficient in the use of MS office. Ability to handle accounting software, databases and other IT related applications essential for the job.

6. Manager Database

Qualification / Experience: Graduation/4 Years’ Degree Program in IT/Computer Science. Below 6 Manager Database, 03 years of relevant experience. Certification in database administration well versed in data analytics and dashboards.
