Qualification / Experience: The candidate must possess a Master’s degree in HRM or Business Administration or Public Administration from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission. The candidate must have at least 15 years of relevant working experience after a Master’s Degree with reputed organizations and at least 3 years in senior managerial/head capacity (directly reporting to CEO/Head of Organization. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation & problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment based on accurate and timely analysis are perquisites. Must be IT savvy. Integrity and maturity are essential attributes. Must have the ability to handle confidential company information.
Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure proper Manpower Planning, automated skill inventory, and succession planning as a continuous process. Manage annual performance reviews of employees. Analysis, design, and implementation of Mandatory and Management Development Programs. Ensure that grievance and disciplinary procedures are correctly implemented. Provide functional and policy matter guidance to top management. Evaluate the need for out-sourcing work relating to administration. Maintain effective contacts and relationships with government departments. Investigations on instructions of Power Division/Assemblies/FIA.NAB. Coordination with Entities for parliamentary business. Managing Company’s payroll. Development and monitoring of health, safety, Environment, and Quality policy frameworks and implementation in the Power Sector.
