Positions Announced:
1. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Qualification / Experience: The preferred qualification is a Master’s Degree in Computer Science/MBA (MIS) or a relevant B.E degree. Higher Qualification will be an Advantage. As a special Case, a Graduate may be considered provided s/he has exceptional experience and track record. In the case of candidates with preferred qualification, or equivalent /higher degrees, the experience requirement will be 10 years with at least 5 years in a similar position preferably in an insurance company. In the case of a Graduate, the minimum experience required will be 15 years with at least 5 years in a similar position preferably in an insurance company.
2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification / Experience: Should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (preferably CA) or postgraduate degree in Finance from an HEC recognized University. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (for qualified accountants) preferably in an insurance company. In the case of Post Graduate in Finance, the minimum experience required will be 10 years with at least 5 years in a similar position preferably in an insurance company
