Qualification / Experience: Ph.D. / Masters degree in engineering, science, or energy-related discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the Higher Education Commssion (HEC) of Pakistan: Minimum 14 years of experience in case of Ph.D. or minimum of 18 years experience in case of Masters Degree with at least 10 years proven experience in energy planning and management. systems 1 energy modeling, energy economics applications: Preference will be given to the candidates having: experience m applied research cr policy analysis in Pakistan’s energy sector. knowledge of technical, commercial, regulatory, and policy aspects of Pakistan’s energy sector and global practices, Strong management, interpersonal, and communications skills. Qualification / Experience: Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, management Information systems (MIS). statistics or related discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in database management systems and related applications; experience in energy database development and associated activities (data collection, quality assurance. input and processing,
3. Modeling Specialist
Qualification / Experience: Master’s degree (16 years Qualification) in computer science, management science, engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Preference will be given to the holder of Ph.D. or Masters Degree in required fields. Overall 10 years of experience with a minimum of 07 years of relevant experience in the field of modeling preferably energy systems modeling and applications or simulation software with experience in the energy sector. Preference will be given to the candidates having: experience in the use of energy planning/Optimization software tools (e.g., LEAP, TIMESiMARKAL, GUM, etc.) knowledge of the energy sector in Pakistan. Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communications skills, Proficiency in MS Mc& spreadsheet analysis, etc.
4. IT Administrator
Qualification / Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission qualifications as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) ardor Cisco Certified Network Professional.
