Positions Announced:
1. Hospital Director:
MBBS or Equivalent PMDC recognized Qualification Master’s degree in Hospital/Healthcare Administration or equivalent recognized by the HEC/PMDC. More than 10 years’ experience of working at a senior management position including heading the ‘Management & Operations’ of a medium to large Hospital preferably an academic institution.
2. Medical Director:
MBBS or Equivalent PMDC recognized Qualification American Board Certification/MRCP, FRCS (CSST)/FCPS or equivalent. . More than 10 years experience of working as a consultant, with teaching and training experience including a leadership role in department/institution.
3. Nursing Director:
Master’s qualification or above in Nursing, recognized by PNC. More than 10 years of leadership experience in Nursing management in a medium to large teaching hospital. . More than 5 years experience in a teaching hospital is mandatory.
4. Finance Director:
CA (ICAP) or equivalent HEC recognized professional qualification or Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance. Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants. For CA, more than 10 years of relevant experience, as a senior member of the management team in a major local or multinational organization. Exposure to the health sector will be preferred. For other Professional Qualifications and Master’s degree holders other than professional qualifications, more than 15 years relevant experience, as a senior member of a management team in a major local or multinational organization. Exposure in the health sector will be preferred.
